We take immense pride in sharing the journey and achievements of SB Home. Our story during this period is one of growth, from staging, interior design projects, and client relations. We couldn't be more grateful for the past four years.

The expansion of our staging inventory has been a remarkable journey. What started as a modest collection has grown to an furniture inventory size that now allows us to stage up to 45 homes simultaneously. With this growth, we’ve not only increased in capacity but also in variety and quality, ensuring that each home we stage is unique and appealing.

We are particularly proud of our accomplishing staging over 30 properties in 2024 valued more than a million dollars, showing our capacity to handle high-end homes. Overall, our staging efforts have significantly impacted on approximately $150 million in total sales influenced by our staging of 260 homes. Our dedicated in-house team and growing staff of trained movers and staging assistants has been pivotal in this success.

Our interior design projects over the last few years have also flourished. The range of projects completed has been astounding, spanning both residential and commercial spaces. Our expertise in technical drawings and detailed interior design bookes has not only attracted individual homeowners but also proved our capability in executing larger commercial ventures and partener with local Columbus real estate developers.

Seeing our designs materialize from blueprints into beautiful, functional spaces has been incredibly gratifying. Each project has enriched our experience, strengthened our skills, and fueled our passion for what's to come.
